This contractor was very unprofessional and this mistress had had enough of it. She felt that the best way to deal with him was to shit on him and she did it in a way that he had never experienced before. She did all his clients a favor by shitting on him. He never messed up again after that as he knew what would happen to him.
Mistress Nica wanted her assistant to learn to do things the way she wanted. She had tried to talk to him but he did not want to listen. She felt that he was a good assistant but he needed to make a little adjustments and that is why she had to shit on him and change him instead of her trying to recruit someone else.
